today was a great achievement for me!! i
FINALLY went for a
RUN after so long. hahas. lecture ends early and wad release at 3.20 sharp. went to com lab and it's full so decided not to print notes and went off. reached home ard 4.40pm, bathe and prepare to go meet my baby for a run. have been wanting to go run but was either lazy or too tired. hahas. started running at 6.20pm. i ran 3 rounds even though my tummy was aching before i starts which i have no idea why is it aching. walked 1 round and run the 4th round. hahas. whereas my baby run total of 5-6 rounds and 1 round of walking. he has not been running for very long time too. and i keep telling him if he dun runs, he'll become wad he used to be. hahas. funny. and not forgetting peanut(my baby's dog) ran the same number of rounds as me cos i was holding her all the time. hahas. great job peanut. you need to exercise too. hahas. headed back to my baby's hse for dinner and rest awhile then home sweet home.

walked 400m. GREAT!! although it's not alot but i still run. back home and i did 5o times of two exercise!! woah!! i'm loving it. i love running with my baby and peanut. i jus love doing everything single thing with my
PRECIOUS BABY!!
NOW, my goal is to run once a week with my baby!! hope i can take time out to do it. hahas. slowly, i can run more and more rounds. do it slowly and not tired myself out.
tmr lesson is at 2pm tat's one of the reason i went for a run today with early dismissal plus my baby is not tired/busy. =)
PS: study hard comes hand in hand with having a healthy lifestyle. exercising can reduce stress and refresh your mind. isn't it great at the same time to keep fit?? hahas. nights ppl. bye. =)
